Balm Beach homeowner charged

July 08, 2008 11:07

A Balm Beach homeowner embroiled in a battle over a fence has landed in hot water herself.

Elisabeth Marion, 63, faces mischief charges after an investigation into a June 19 incident involving damage to a number of plants and flowers at a nearby cottage.

Marion turned herself in to police on July 4. She was arrested and charged with mischief to property under $5,000 and released shortly after under an undertaking with conditions.

She is scheduled to appear in Midland court on Sept. 4.
